For students entering grades 9-12, enrollment for the Colorado Stem Accelerator pathways (Aviation Engineering, Cyber Tech and Biomedical Tech) is through registration in Westminster Public Schools. The foundational courses for grades 9 and 10 will be taught at Westminster High School and the advanced courses for grades 11 and 12 will be taught on the Innovation Campus at Ranum.
Starting in Fall 2025 Ranum will begin offering adult education courses through our partners at Front Range Community College. Our hope is that Ranum becomes a multi-generational campus propelling residents of Adams County towards rewarding and lucrative careers.
Construction on the Iver C. Ranum campus main building is slated for completion in late summer 2024. Our first students will begin their pathways as part of the Colorado STEM Accelerator program in Fall 2024.
Westminster High School will provide transportation either to or from WHS to the Ranum Campus depending on the student's schedule. Students who begin their day at Ranum will need to be dropped off in the morning on the Ranum Campus and will be picked up and transferred back to Westy in the afternoon for lunch and their remaining classes. Students who begin their day at WHS will need to be dropped off at Westy and will be transported to Ranum in the afternoon after lunch in order to complete their STEM Accelerator coursework.
Yes! The pilot program in Fall 2024 will focuses on the STEM Accelerator Pathways- Aviation Engineering, Cyber Tech and Biomedical Tech. More pathways will emerge in 2025 and beyond as we respond to industry needs.
